Meet General Hospital Legend Anthony Geary’s Real-Life Husband: ‘This Week Is Our Anniversary’
General Hospital icon Anthony Geary didn’t have to stay until Valentine’s Day to enjoy a little romance. As his husband Claudio Gama shared on Instagram, “This week is our anniversary week. Tony and I met 30 years ago in February and got married six years ago also in February.” So the couple has “two anniversaries to celebrate.
“I have to find a good gift,” he added, “and make some unique food, maybe bake another cake.”
Later in the week, Gama dropped some festive pics with his significant other. “Our anniversary is in full party mode,” he said. “Good friends, nice booze and pizza. It’s midweek. I decided not to cook. I will have a large dinner on the weekend, then more people can join” the celebration.
“Thank you all,” Gama continued, “for all the lovely wishes. From Tony, [our cat] Max and me, a toast to you all. Stay safe and healthy.”

I recently watched an Instagram post from John Stamos and it showed Tony Geary getting his modern book and he did not look very fine in that video. He had trouble speaking and he looked very narrow. I don’t know if he has health issues or not but I think General Hospital has pretty much decided not to bring the character of Luke back because Anthony Gary is enjoying retirement.

His husband (Claudio Gama) posts pics and videos of Tony on Instagram every once in awhile but he’s never spoken in the videos and I’ve often wondered if he’s not doing well. Hopefully it’s just that he prefers to not speak on social media.

I didn’t realize Tony Geary has a husband…i didn’t know he was Gay. This is new to me. I hope he is adequately, I know he is well into his 70’s so maybe it’s just old age.
